The fate of three New Kenya Cooperatives Creameries has been pushed to May 8 when the High court will make a ruling that may see them step aside to allow investigations over corruption claims.

The trio Nixon Kipkemoi Sigey (Managing Director), Magdalene Muthoka (Chief Manager Human Resource), and Samuel Kaminindu Ichura (Chief Manager Finance) are battling a range of allegations ranging from corruption, discrimination and incompetence.

According to a petition filed at the Anti-Corruption Court, the Petitioner Peter Kennedy Ombati wants the three declared not fit to be in the office.

Ombati who is a former secretary at KCC noted high level of corruption at the company was being facilitated the three officials.
